Christina and Thomas’ beautiful July wedding at The Vue event space in Etobicoke, Ontario, was a dreamy and magical day full of celebration, laughter, happiness and so many unforgettable moments.

The day started with so many excited pre-wedding jitters capturing getting ready pictures of Thomas at their house before heading to The Old Mill Hotel in Etobicoke to capture Christina and the rest of the girls getting ready for the big day! Christina was glowing, we could not resist snapping a few portraits all around the iconic Old Mill Hotel rooms which added such charm to the photos.

The first surprise of the day came! Christina had saved her bridesmaid’s dresses from each other girls weddings where she was a bridesmaid and had a piece of the fabrics saved and wrapped around the girls bouquets. There was not a dry eye in sight. Of course, the good kind of tears, happy tears! Alongside laughter and so much happiness.

Christina and Thomas opted for a first look and private vows, making such a special moment theirs and theirs only. Christina came down the stairs to the garden of The Old Mill Hotel and while surrounded by hydrangeas in full bloom, had her first look with Thomas, the morning of their wedding day. Cue the happy tears, gasps and overflow of emotions.

The ceremony itself took place at The Vue Event Space and it was full of so many emotions. Smiles, laughter, and happy tears filling the room as these soulmates exchanged vows and promised each other forever. Christina and Thomas opted to twist the traditional and had their moms play a huge part of the ceremony. With Christina’s mother saying the prayer over their marriage and Thomas’ mother asking if they do. This was such a special way to include the most influential people in their lives to be apart of their beginning to forever.

After the ceremony, we explored all The Vue had to offer and opted for bridal party and family photos to take place in the same space Christina and Thomas said “I do”. Before exploring the golf course for intimate and special photos of just the two of them. When heading back into The Vue for the reception, the fun did not stop. Heartfelt speeches, amazing food, fun dance moves and so much laughter filling the room.

The night wasn’t over yet! Christina and Thomas surprised their guest with a day of video starting off with how each and every guest had an influence of their story. Including old pictures of the couple and each of their loved ones. This quiet moment gave the couple the opportunity to soak in the day together before hopping into full party mode dancing and singing the night away with their guests. There was so much energy filling the dance floor! Everyone was celebrating and cheering for Christina and Thomas and all the years of happiness they will have to come.

Christina and Thomas’ wedding day at The Vue was truly a day to remember. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter and plenty of adventures for these two.
